What is League Competition?
League is TaMaarta's premier competitive tier where elite athletes test themselves in both Phase 1 functional performance and Phase 2 physique presentation. This is hybrid fitness at its highest level—where rankings matter, prizes are on the line, and championships are earned.
League athletes compete for seasonal points, national rankings, and qualification to the TaMaarta Championship. Every rep counts. Every pose matters. This is where complete athletes prove they excel in every dimension of athleticism.
League competition requires both Phase 1 and Phase 2 participation. There is no Phase 1-only option at this tier.
