What is Youth Competition?
The Youth tier is specifically designed for athletes ages 12-17 who want to develop their fitness foundation in a supportive, competitive environment. Our youth competitions focus on building proper movement patterns, strength, endurance, and confidence through Phase 1 functional fitness challenges only.
We believe in age-appropriate competition that emphasizes skill development over aesthetics. That's why Youth competitions feature only the functional circuit—no physique presentation required. Young athletes compete on a level playing field, building the foundation for a lifetime of fitness excellence.

Safety & Support
Parental Involvement
Parents must create accounts to register youth athletes. All youth competitions require completed waivers and parental consent. We're committed to COPPA compliance and youth safety.
Coach Background Checks
All coaches registering teams must complete background verification. We prioritize athlete safety through mandatory coach screening and certification.
Age-Appropriate Movements
Youth movements are modified for safety and developmental appropriateness. Lighter weights, scaled movements, and proper coaching ensure safe competition.
Certified Judges
All youth events feature certified judges trained in movement standards and youth safety protocols.
