Athletes complete as many reps as possible at each station in 60 seconds, followed by 120 seconds of rest before advancing. The total reps across all stations determine the final score.

WHAT IS TAMAARTA?
TaMaarta is a hybrid fitness competition that tests athletes across two distinct phases: Functional Performance and Physique Presentation.
Compete in a 10-station functional circuit that measures power, endurance, and skill. Then step on stage to showcase the physique you've built through dedicated training. It's not just about what you can do - it's about being the complete athlete.
Available across three tiers: Youth (ages 12-17), Everyday (all levels), and League (elite competition).
